Powerwetlook with a lace top part! The black dress from Noir is made out of a beautiful mix of stretchy materials that cling to the body in a sexy way. The asymmetrical lace top is sewn onto one side of the skirt's waistband. The skirt part is made out of powerwetlook and is in an elegant, knee-length design. The lace top has one long sleeve and it the other shoulder is completely bare.
