Ladies Flocked Purple Evening Swing Dress from Hearts and Roses London.

A line velvet flocked dress with cap shoulder sleeves, corset lacing at the front and a shaped bust area. It is in A line design flattering shape for all sorts of figures. The Pattern on the Flocking has a subtle nautical theme with anchors birds and roses.
